How we take payment
We invoice for completed consignments and are paid by bank transfer on agreed terms. We do not currently collect payment through this website or take card details. This policy explains what happens when a booking is cancelled.
Cancelling a booking
- Before a vehicle is assigned — cancel at no charge. Call or message us and the booking is closed.
- After a vehicle is assigned, before it is dispatched — a cancellation charge may apply to cover the truck owner's committed time, and will be told to you at the point of cancellation.
- After the vehicle has been dispatched to the pickup point — the cancellation charge covers the vehicle's movement and any waiting time incurred.
- After loading — the consignment is in transit. Charges are payable in full, and any return of goods is treated and priced as a new movement.
If we cancel
If we are unable to supply a vehicle for a confirmed booking, we will tell you as soon as we know and no charge is payable. Where an advance has been paid, it is returned in full.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it is paid to the bank account the original payment came from, normally within seven working days of the amount being agreed. We do not refund to a different account.
Disputed invoices and claims
Raise any dispute within seven days of the invoice date, with the consignment reference. Claims for loss or damage are handled under our terms of service and are separate from cancellation charges.
